2. Acceptance of Terms & Program Eligibility
By using this Website and enrolling in the Program, you confirm that you:
- Are at least 18 years old or have legal parental/guardian consent.
- Have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

3. Registration, Subscription, and Payment
3.1 Account Creation & Responsibilities
- To access the Program, users must register an account with accurate details.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
- Multiple accounts for the same user are not allowed.
3.2 Free Trial & Subscription Fees
- The first 30 days of the Program are free (“Freemium Period”).
- After the free trial, users must pay $30 per month for continued access.
- Subscription fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable.
- Users can cancel their subscription at any time, but no refunds are issued after payment is processed.

4. Intellectual Property & Use of Program Content
4.1 Ownership of Content
- All content on ascentincubator.com, including educational materials, AI-powered tools, business frameworks, and branding, is owned by Innovation Ascent LLC.

4.2 Prohibited Actions
Users may not:

- Ascent Incubator is not liable for financial losses, business failure, or reliance on AI-generated content.

9. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
🚨 Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes with payment providers will result in account suspension.
