1.1 No Refunds for Digital Products & Services

Ascent Incubator offers digital educational services, including:

  • Online courses and learning materials
  • AI-powered business tools
  • Mentorship and coaching sessions
  • Investor readiness training

🚨 All payments for digital services are final and non-refundable, except in the cases outlined in Section 2.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted only under the following conditions:

3.1 Free Trial Period (First 30 Days Free)

  • Ascent Incubator offers a 30-day free trial for new participants.
  • After the trial, users will be automatically charged $30 per month unless they cancel before the trial ends.
  • No charges will be refunded after the billing cycle begins.

3.2 How to Cancel Your Subscription

To cancel, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account dashboard on ascentincubator.com
  2. Navigate to “Manage Subscription”
  3. Select “Cancel Subscription” before the next billing cycle
  4. Receive a confirmation email of cancellation

🚨 Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; users will retain access until then.

4. One-Time Purchases (Courses, Digital Content, and Services)

🚫 No refunds will be issued for one-time digital content purchases if:

  • The content has been accessed or downloaded.
  • The purchase included mentorship, consulting, or AI-powered reports.

If you experience a technical failure that prevents you from accessing purchased content, we will provide:
